Anna Kujacznski-Crahan, MSW is a limited licensed social worker and body-based psychotherapist at Center for Psychotherapy and Wellness. Anna received her Bachelors in Interdisciplinary Health Science and Masters degree in Social Work from Western Michigan University, specializing in Holistic Health in both degrees. Anna is an Intermediate Level Somatic Therapy practitioner through training from Peter Levine's institute of Somatic Experiencing International in Boulder, Colorado. With an emphasis on addressing the whole person through a holistic lens, Anna's approach will encompass your mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual self toward healing and wholeness.

Anna believes that focusing on your felt-sense and physical experience of life provides a more comprehensive healing approach. Using awareness of the sensation cues our bodies send us can allow us the presence of mind to sit with and move through our current issues and past traumas with our own internal wisdom and gentleness. Approaching yourself with curiosity, sensing, and awareness will allow release, recognition, and a sense of safety moving forward.

In addition to seeing clients one on one, Anna will offer mindful movement, somatic meditation, and self-healing focused book club meetings in the center's group space. Please check the center's group calendar for updated information on group space offerings.
